The Property Valuation Department at Century21Saudi started working in the Saudi market in the beginnings of 2007. The department follows International Valuation Standards (IVS) with commitment to the Code of Ethics of the American Appraisal Institute. We implement valuation reports in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
